To the echo that was trying to merge onto the highway (speed limit 100 or 62 merica per hour) going 40 km/h (I has behind him I know exactly how fast he was going) and the slowed down further when I honked at him to speed up (because short merge lane at 20! 20 mph equals death) fuck you. What the fuck is your problem?!?!?

I don't understand why people go slow on on-ramps. Is it because they're afraid of going fast? If so, why the fuck are they getting onto the highway?

This was the catherine wb onramp right before bronson so it's terrible at the best of times. I could not believe how slow he was going. I have been behind people doing 70 before but 40 is a new record.

I hate the people out on the Interstate in the winter doing 35 in the plowed lane. The lane is plowed, there is no snow on it, it is clear to do 55mph on it. The lane next to you is unplowed, which means I have to risk crashing just to pass your slow fucking ass.
And you bet yer ass that I'm going to brake check you once I get past you. You fucking cunt.

Honestly, I thought the gas pedal in the Echo was more of an on/off switch. This guy must have had his to the "off" position.

Wow. I know you're local-ish to me, and I hope to God we don't drive on the same roads this winter. There's this thing called ice, especially black ice. Just because one lane has been plowed doesn't mean it's now a-ok to be driving like it's the middle of summer.

Hey, now. I don't drive like it's the middle of summer in the winter. But if the road is clear of snow and it's a 65mph Interstate you can at least go 55 on it.
If you're doing 35 on the Interstate you are driving too slowly, and are a hazard on the road. If you are only comfortable doing 35 in the snow, you should be on secondary roads and not the Interstate.

I often flash my high beams and honk on people that go too slow. People going slow on the onramps aggravates me a lot, and my mother gets mad at me when she's riding along, when I honk at others.

Had a plebe do that to me the other day. We were coming home from a nice evening of wine and witty banter* when we met up with this idiot in a Grand Am, stopped in the turn lane during a green arrow. I politely gave a tap of the horn and the rube started moving. Now I couldn't be assed to confirm whether or not this Grand Am was a base, SE or GT, but he crept - CREPT through the intersection and attempted to get on the highway (limit 75) at 30 MPH. I gave a quick blast of my high beams to try to encourage the driver to accelerate and, in return, he hit his brakes. So we ended up merging onto the freeway at 25 MPH. I quickly pounded the throttle and got to freeway speed. I'm not sure if he ever sped up, maybe the car just couldn't do the highway.
