Apparently Ford doesn't remember where they sold the Mustang anymore. Either that or a returning market and a brand new market is the same for them. What the actual fuck, guys?

I think they're saying new markets for the Mustang, not Ford as a brand.

Sure, if you want to call any non-Mustang Ford a real Ford.

Yep its a chart of new Official markets for the Mustang not Ford. Mustangs are a grey market car in the land down under IIRC.

I am aware of that. But it's got an immense amount of mistakes.

I was impressed how they sell Mustangs in Kazakstan of all places. And how they remembered that, but didn't care to remember a fuckload of places, or the last RHD Mustang they've made.

There's a bunch of Southern American countries they could benefit from as well. And India!

I think Ford are splitting hairs, having I think endorsed Oz and UK conversions, they just weren't building any RHD themselves... Supported as well, I think, in Oz. Which, one must immediately ask as to why they never did. The Falcon platform already existed in RHD, up until '74 an RHD Mustang would have been a cakewalk. Then again, maybe the Falcon's existence in Oz kept them from developing the Mustang RHD, and since they didn't have interest in selling Falcons in the UK as a captive import...

Where to start. Er, not having been sold in RHD before. It has, the Australian Mustang Cobra ('02-'04) was RHD. Having been dropped from Europe after 1979 - it was quietly dropped some time after that but the third generation was released. Some of those RHD markets with laws tolerant towards LHD cars, such as England and South Africa, have had Mustangs too, many years ago.
It's rather shocking that a car manufacturer would release a chart that contains so many mistakes and innaccuracies about their own product.

South America hasn't been inlove with North America for quite a while now. Not sure if it'd be successful.
India, on the other hand.
