When they back up, just wait for the crackling sounds..... then a little lake of motor oil :]

Looks like the barrier block is narrower than the car, and his rhs wheel is just level with the rhs of the block. I guess his other wheel's in the gap.

Probably the kind of person that has no idea where the front of their car is so they just pull forward 'till their wheels touch, except in this instance they were either going too fast or hit the wrong pedal and up and over they went.

This is my biggest fear. My brake ducts (aye mira, muy chingon, brake duct, ni que fuera de carreras) hang stupidly low and I end up parking a full foot from the parking barrier. Luckily I usually still fit in the spot since my car's awesome like that.

One of those parkers who drives until they hit the parking curb. Since whoever built this lot used skinny ones for some reason his left tire went wide of it until the curb hit his underside.
I'm sure it made a nasty sound...and that the driver didn't notice nor care.

I think they just missed it on the other side. Left tire rolled right by it.
