It's a joke.

I know they aren't actually Soviet, since that would mean it was built during the Communist era.

And I thought I remembered that TVR was bought back by the Brits, so it's not even a Russian car anymore either.

I thought the Tuscan 2 was the last "new" car they built, and it was shortly after the Russian business-boy bought them.
