So without further delay, I present the 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.9L special. Officially the fastest SUV in the world at the time running 0-60 in 6.7 seconds.

2nd gen M45 - 340hp V8 to the rears. 5-speed automatic, but it had a mid 5-second 0-60 and a low 14 second 1/4 mile in a luxo-barge. Fast and furious civics and suicide saturns would be left behind in your posh wake at the lights. Meanwhile they stare in awe that the nissan maxima just made them look like chumps.

Anyone who sees a roundel on the hood knows to be on guard. The M3s are understated, but still obvious.

93 GMC Typhoon, other than the subtle ground effects, you'd never know. No big scoops or fender flares here folks.

Easily up there. Slick car that looks like it belongs in a lot next to IS250's and Maxima's and then out of nowhere it lights up the rears and disappears into the distance.

My Ford Taurus: for '10 they didn't do much to differentiate it, dual exhaust, an ecoboost badge on the back, along with a small SHO badge and one each in the corners of the rear windows. On top of that it was only made this way for 3 years, now you actually can get a Taurus with dual exhaust and/or ecoboost badge w/o actually buying a SHO, haha.
Anyways 365hp (relatively cheaply tuneable to much much more) and a 0-60 of just over 5 seconds.

Jaguar XJ Supersport. As powerful as the XKR or XFR. Absolutely no aesthetical indication of that and no advertising from Jaguar either. Truly an oldschool sleeper.

I see your Volvo turbo wagon, and I raise you a Volvo wagon with a Supercharged V8.

I'm sticking with my answer from the "sleeper" question.
There is a Twin Turbo 3.5L V6 Ecoboost option for the Ford Flex. It also comes with AWD. this is a Taurus SHO in a box. It does 0-60 in under 6 seconds.

Exactly, but I've been recommending the Flex with the 3.5 EcoBoost because...it's a Flex. No one thinks about the Flex. It's literally a Taurus SHO with a box over it.

Good call SHPUKER! As a 5.9 owner I have to agree. It is unassuming.
PS Running Boards coming off soon to put on those 5.9 rocker panels!

2000-2005 Impala SS
It looks much like an Impala LS, except with a slightly different spoiler and twin pipes. The "SS" badging, instead of its usual eye-catching red, is body-colored in this model. You have to get really close to see it.

Haha, yeah, it's an undercover sleeper too.
They also put it in the Explorer Sport, but they actually went through some lengths to make that thing somewhat sporty looking.

The Audi S3 from about ten years ago is a good contender.
Not the quickest, although pretty quick by Euro standards, especially for its time, and not the greatest handling either. But it's so discrete I reckon it's good for an extra 10mph on the motorway before you get pulled over, compared to something a bit louder - and 20mph compared to something like this:

With minor bolt-ons that Flex will run with/beat a stock 5.0 GT. Do want.

Hahaha. That would be a sight to see.
Do people "bolt on" to flex's? I mean I know this was my idea but do people do that?! lol.
I wonder if any tune adjustments you could use on taurus would apply to the flex as well. Or any engine parts.

Yeah the explorer sport they put some effort into. If you put an ecoboost AWD Flex next to a normal flex you wouldn't know the difference without checking badges.

It certainly would be! lol, and I think they do actually. I saw a dyno sheet from one with just a tune put 325hp/360lbft to the wheels, that alone runs a 13.4 1/4. And this same Flex now runs 12.727@109.79 (tune, axle-back, water/meth injection). Color me very impressed.

that's some crazy times out of that bigass box. I wonder if he stripped the interior or if its still just as functional.
