this makes a touch of logical sense, but you're working with negative pressures. any boost you might happen to create would result in bleeding the vacuum under the car. & grip >power.

Could work like a blown diffuser, but would most likely hinder engine performance significantly.

What you want is more energy recovery from the hot exhaust gases to power an electric fan.

Harvest all the wasted energy!
