I'm off to Talladega Grand Prix Circuit, so have a snap from my last track day chasing, of all things, a CTS-V Wagon! #DougDeMuroIsEverywhere

OOOOO! Fun track! Way on back when, I went to the Ed Bargy school there. Spent many a weekend working corners, and even low sided a interceptor 500 there.

But at least you were still breathing after low siding it.

That's the most important thing.

I'm considering working corners at some events to get credits for track time.

How fun. Should be good weather. What will you be driving?

Brought the Z4. I have a group which is far more tolerant of convertibles than some others.

I did bring layers. You can have the heater on full and still feel cold.

Yeah, it was all ground sky ground sky ground sky ground sky sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiide and stop! This is why you always wear the proper protective gear. Full race leathers with a separate 3layer composite plastic foam armor suit underneath it. I was probably doing around 60, and didn't get a scratch.
