Has anyone here gone in the past? I am planning on going this Sunday, not sure what to expect, I went to the Detroit auto show last year, so I am assuming this will be more or less the same thing on a smaller scale.

I'll be headed there on Sunday with my wife, as well as one of my buddies that lives in Cambridge. Timely as I may actually be in the market for a new car (post coming soon on why that's happening)

I haven't decided if I am going to go yet or not. Its not bad, its no detroit though. There aren't any major reveals and none of the most recent( last 6 moths) concepts/ reveals will be there. However there will be a good showing from all makes and a good section with luxury vehicles and most makers bring along one or 2 of the older concepts.

Very nice, so I assume you can get up close to a lot of the cars?

Yea that is more or less what I figured, but hey for 12 bucks it should be a fun afternoon. I am just hoping they will have the M4.

Totally. Very few cars are put up on pedestals at this show, so you'll be able to put your behind in a variety of drivers seats. Last year, Ford and Kia both had test drive events going on as well.

Good to hear. I am hoping the smaller size will mean shorter lines as well, I remember waiting a good half hour to sit in the (then relatively new) 991 in Detroit last year.

I recommend taking public transportation. Parking was a clusterfuck last year.

Definitely, that's the plan. I typically avoid driving into Boston whenever possible, I usually park in Braintree and take the T from there. Much less of a hassle.

Yeah, Red Line to Silver Line - World Trade Center stop. We'll be coming in from Davis Sq.
