"BlazinAce - Doctor of Internal Combustion" (pbs)

I was cruising down the right lane on my way back home earlier today, when a guy in a Fiesta caught to me and signaled me to roll down the window. I did so at the next stoplight, fearing something had broken down and he wanted to warn me about it, but what he said instead was "How much for the car, man? I'd give you 15 thousand (reais) right here." I told him it wasn't for sale, and he goes and starts praising the car, saying that he'd never seen a Sedicivalvole before, how much he liked his father's Tipo 1.6 was, and that he'd always wanted a Sedicivalvole but never found any in the area and how mine just had to be the most well kept Tipo he's ever seen.
He congratuled me another 2 or 3 times and asked to race me off the green light, just so he could listen to the engine revving. That was... actually pretty cool, makes me proud of my little Fiat you know...

That must've been awesome. Not many people can call a Sedicivalvole here. Also, what would R$15k be in, say, Euro?

For every car, there is a fan; meeting them is always such a treat.

According to the currency converter tool, 4.615,65 euros. Not sure if too much or too little, but the FIPE table price for one of these in Brazil is about 7~8 thousand reais, so he was willing to throw twice the table price into mine because of its condition.
Like I said, made me a little proud, haha...

I was actually surprised I didn't have a headlight or side marker hanging from thewiring again, haha... That happened once, by the way, totally not cool, I know, but it did xD

i know you've already gotten a bit of praise, but honestly, I do really like how the tipo looks. reminds me of my cousin's Mk2 golf GTI 8v

+I think we would all appreciate more info on this Fiat Sedicivalvole. 70 valves? or 7? 70 seems like a lot to me...

16, actually. The engine used is the last iteration of Lampredi's Twin Cam, a 1995 cc, DOHC Fiat/Lancia unit producing a nice, round 150 hp in stock trim. It's the exact same engine used in the Lancia Delta Integrale, minus the turbo and 50 hp, though, to be honest, the car is kind of a poor man's Delta. Both cars share platforms, engines and transmissions, and I know of at least one Sedicivalvole converted to AWD by a member of Guy Croft's Lancia tuning forums.

So do I, to be honest, but my opinion's obviously biased, haha... Also, I'm pretty sure it was built as a GTI competitor, though in the MkIII's day.
