My sister's boyfriend bought this utterly gorgeous 406 coupe. Moonstone blue, tan leather interior. Great condition. Such a pretty machine.

Also a pic of his 106 GTi with white wheels, as opposed to his normal gunmetal ones.

You did good, I'm almost proud. Did he get the V6? Have you driven it? First impression?

Thanks :)

He ended up plumping for the 2.2 HDi. We looked for V6s, but there weren't any ones in A1 condition near us (he's a bit picky when it comes to new purchases). He'd still like a V6, but the diesel fits much better with his need for a motorway cruiser. He's happy to report it's about as economical as his 500cc bike :)

I haven't driven it yet, but he's been blown away by how luxurious it is (in part due to coming from a lowered 106 GTi). Still, he says it's more comfortable than his dad's E39 530d, and still pretty fun to drive.

I'm not going to say "why can't we have Peugeot's in the US". But I will, anyway.

(Seems like the only time they come around, they win Pikes Peak and go home).
