Well, basically, his lawyer is trying to sue the guy who filmed this. He should have blurred the face and the license plate. that is really funny. full of questionable grammar (at best), spelling issues, etc. kind of what i would have expected from a guy like that. also, being german expat, i can tell this guy is full of shit. there is not any provision available in german law that would allow him to claim any damages at all. after all, the reason the video was posted was for safety and education purposes only. what an idiot.
