Poo. Sometimes I feel the only thing Florida has going for it is that they don't require yearly inspections. Then I see a Floridian car and am reminded, nope, they have nothing.

Ha, nice. We're on every other year and I was confident that I tested last year, but that was my car, not my wife's. Also, I should have started this process early last month but I didn't, of course.

Fortunately no, just been there enough to experience the grandeur of your mobile derelicts. To be fair, here in PA our yearly inspections don't always count for much. A lot of people get passes because they know someone or some BS like that. So we have our fair share of duct tape specials.

Ohio used to do this everywhere, but now apparently it's only in the Cleveland area. I like not living in a polluted world, but the Ohio E-Check was such a giant crock.
