no inspection in CT means all the good stuff comes out. Back when I grew up there as long as your brakes worked for the skidpad and there was a $20 bill in the ashtray or a 12 of Bud light on the passenger seat for the state tech you were passing anyway. And they wanted that money/beer. I got failed once for a gauge cluster illumination bulb out
