I'm into it, but don't know if I'll fit in an NA. Shoulder room would be my problem more than anything. I've sat in NCs and it's tight, but it could work.

I used to own an e24 BMW. One of the most beautiful BMWs ever designed. The only people who noticed were gray-haired men driving M3s.
Girls shout at me in the Miata "I love your car!" WEEKLY. I only take it out on weekends. Think about that for a moment. (Granted, I do live on a college campus.)

Im about 6'0 and 270. Yes I could lose about 20-30lbs but I'm pretty muscly and just built pretty large all round. Someday I might go sit in one and see how it feels.

You may be surprised! I've fit five people in mine (top down), so it's more spacious than it seems. In any event, you should definitely test drive one someday, even if it's without the intention of buying.
They're the best...

You might be a circus clown. The cheap aftermarket is pretty appealing to me too. I'll check one out before they go all E30 one day and become expensive.
