For obvious reasons, and the gas station attendant (NJ) asked me the question that everyone asks me about my car. "Is this the EVO?" Out of being straight tired of explaining that this is just a lancer, but Ralliart spec, I'm just going to say this is an evo now. I don't even care anymore.

Also, my project car budget is slowly expanding, now that I have 700 dollars. Too bad no Miata's are for sale.

Most of the attendants are usually middle-aged middle eastern/south Asians that English isn't their first language. Funny to picture one asking if you have an Evo though

It just shows you the difference between car guys some only know what they like and have no idea this could exist. Kind of like the guys who just toss money and turn the key and drive, but could't actually dive in work on it them selves or even understand whats been done, it just goes fast. Then there is the car guys that can explain everything on their vehicle.

Like today at the car show guy had his two lowrider trucks could tell me everything about them. But he also owned a 2000 2 door wrx, he told me its tuned to shit" ya know with a laptop and shit like fast and furious", but has a buddy that does all that for him and has no idea how any of it works, but its fast as shit. it is what it is part of our car world.

Well at least he got the brand right. I get to here all the time that I apperently own a Camaro. I've also gotten so tired of correcting people that I just say yes and that's the end of that.
