Some may not be aware but the early productions of S13s are now legal to import to the US.
My home-town's own JDM Legends just happens to have one available!

And we only really have the North American headlights, grilles, etc with the exception of those which were modified after the fact

hmmm. not too bad. 12K isnt the worst. Give it another year or two and these should drop nicely due to people wanting to get the skyline next year.
If everything checked out, id honestly pay 11.5 for it right now.
