Is it wierd that of all the odd cars that I've seen (and I've seen a lot of them!), I have yet to see a Citroen of any type?
I've seen Peugeots, BMWs of all stripes, ridiculous amounts of British rust (yay BC!), Italians galore, German makes up the wazoo, but no Citroens.
Dammit.

I've never realised, but they're probably functional too: they look like heating elements for de-icing.
