Anyone have any idea how I can get the final race on Direct TV? What time/channel does it air?
I did plenty of searching, but Direct TV's website search function sucks squirrel d.

Race 17 is scheduled to run 1:15 PST, 4:15 EST. Coverage should start at 1PST on NBCSN (it probably won't be on the schedule b/c the've had to postpone a fair amount of races and it was scheduled to have been over by now).

Race 18 is scheduled to start at 2:15 PST or 30 minutes after the first race ends, whichever is later if conditions are right; the second race can be started no later than 2:40 PST.

by "on the schedule" I mean listed in the guide as the program that will be broadcast. I have my dvr set up to record w/e is being broadcast from 4-630 EST on NBCSN.

Yeah, I just did that too. Thanks for the info. Too bad NBC couldn't update their listings. It's only the biggest event in sailing in 3 years, and some of the best racing currently on TV. And it's happening right here in the States, not halfway around the world. You would think there'd be much better TV coverage. Maybe bump a few episodes of whatever mindless crap the networks run during the day.

No joke. I think the real problem though is that had all the races been run according to schedule then it would be over by now, but there were postponements along the way for various reasons (weather, Oracle played their provisional) so it's past those originally scheduled dates. They're still covering it live, but I think the tv guides are set once their set (or its just too much money to come back and change them after the fact). Thankfully they're still broadcasting it live and not pushing it until dead air time.
