I'm not a fan of Speedhunters' new layout actually, but I'll grant them that it does at least seem to work consistently.

Well at least Gawker/et.al., can take solace in the fact that their trainwreck of a site update, awful as it was, has since been eclipsed on the horribleness scale by this morning's out-of-the-blue redesign at Slate. .
That is some mess-up shit right there.

I don't like the new design, I find it a bit overloaded (much like the FP), but it works brilliantly. And the higher resolution photos are so much better!
