Since I didn't go to the Scrapyard today due to a unannounced catastrophic leak (dried o-ring) of hydraulic fluid on a pump for a LNG system on a Volvo that I had to fix and cleaning the mess that it caused to the truck and the floor of the garage, I decided to post the vids and pics that I took at the GP of Canada of this year. A friend of mine volunteers to help at the trackside of race tracks such as the Mont-Tremblant circuit, the Gilles-Villeneuve circuit and the Trois-Rivières circuit while following her friend who is a Porsche GT3 Cup challenge driver (don't remember who it was). The guy gave her a pair of tickets for the 3 days, which she gave them another friend of ours...which gave them to ME!...but only the first 2 days. So all I had to do, is pay my parking (20$x2), pay my food to a store next to my house for cheap with water and enjoy the 2 days with a friend. The weather sucked...but it was worth it! The engines noises were something else upclose, it's louder than I expected! For some reason, I felt that the Canadian Touring Car Championship was by far more entertaining! Enough bla bla, enjoy the vids. (Warning to headphones users, it's really loud!)

Of course, I had to point the Rx8, even though it was slow. The Civics were REALLY LOUD!

The first Porsche you see was the leader, and he was INSANELY fast! At one point he took the corner and it looked like he was going to spin but it's like he pressed an instant super grip button and took the corner faster than everyone else.

Then you got Ferrari Challenge...the race of doctors as she says.

Videos are unviewable for me.

I could as well post the one's I recorded. I was experimenting a rig combining my camcorder with my DSLR. didn't work out too well.

works now, great! My camcorder's tiny battery ran out before the F1600's. So disappointing tbh.
