Yup! The tires are these really knobby things that make a ton of road noise, it has a dent and a few scratches, but other than that it's a near showroom quality '88 300SE. I have yet to get it registered, as the town clerk's office is open 2 days a week and the hours there and my hours don't line up well at all. Hopefully on Tuesday I can get it registered and order my vanity plates. It still has the temp tags, which are now 4 months old and are all but rotting off the car. (Paper for temp tags, yuck).

Yeah, I'm glad I kept it. The final repair bill was $3068, so it's pretty close to it's value when you ad in the purchase price, but it runs like a top now and has almost no rust. I drive 100 miles a day for work and I'll be glad to have nice suspension and leather and power as opposed to the Ranger I drive right now, the most spartan thing known to man.

As far as calling the Ranger the most spartan thing known to man, you obviuosly haven't driven one of these.

I have driven one, and it makes the communist cars I grew up with (Trabant, Wartburg, Lada etc.) look good. There's always worse.
