I'll be test-driving the Beetle GSR, CC R-Line, and the new Jetta 1.8T today. Looking forward to it, even though I have to apparently wear shoes. Honestly, I'm most excited about the Jetta. I've been hearing good things about the 1.8.

I am curious about that 1.8 as well. Especially since I just might pull the trigger on the next generation Sportwagen. As of now the only motor to get is the TDI but they can be quite pricey, the 1.8T looks promising. Now I have heard two things one said the 1.8T will have a 5-speed manual some say 6-speed. Do you know anything?
