One of my weakest eras of car knowledge. What is it? Does that badge read "Dodge?"

It's a 1939 Willys. Very much an entry-level car of the day. The badge says "Overland". I actually like the 1937 Willys even more, but the "sarcasm eyes" of the 1939 are great.
