Well I think I had a very exciting weekend. One I believe I will remember for the rest of my life. I thought that the Jalop thing to do would be to show a few photos of my little Automotive Holiday. I was gifted with an amazing experience for my 21st birthday, A track session with Ms Sabine Schmitz and a trip to the Frankfurt Motor show.
All in all It was simply fantastic. Sabine has always been so friendly each time I have met her, she also was kind enough to ask me about college and my aspirations for life. She also made fun of my hair. While driving. The track session was incredible, I think I may have just lost my speed virginity. The speedo in her Fruh Kolsch GT3 RS displayed numbers I couldn't compute. Wait.. what .. what is that .. its that in KMPH ...is that the time, Is it a phone number???
Ms Schmitz is possibly the most incredible driver I have ever had the honour of meeting. More Photos of our ring time will come.
The motor show , well it was a Motor show... In Germany ... on a visitor day. It was horrifically packed and full of sweaty car nerds and disgruntled girlfriends/wives. It was a brilliant experience, but footage from Press days lied to me. They never seem to show the 400 hundred teenagers and men with cameras and backpacks huddling around a BMW I3.
I also had the pleasure of breaking a Audi TT at 3am. That was.... fun
Now I must go back to reality, college and commuting in a tiny little Spanish hatchback.
On the bright side , I will be hopefully collecting my new daily driver on Saturday. So I shouldn't complain. I am a happy guy.

No one laugh ..It was really cheap and its a relaible little thing.
Its a 2002 Opel Astra Convertible, in black with 45,000 miles
