If it had RWD and a turbo, I'd take it.

There is nothing wrong with that.

I love it. Just not the fact that it still is a Beetle.

Beetle GT3? I approve.
Def needs the spoiler as you posted though (and I'm normally again huge spoilers).

seconded on the spoiler. It seems to lengthen and therefore lower the car. looks great.

As long as the car is rear-engine, rear-wheel drive, no.
![]() 09/17/2013 at 01:32 |

Wouldn't that just make it a 911?
![]() 09/17/2013 at 01:35 |

If you wish. Nothing wrong with liking a 911. :D

If it's front-engine + AWD, would it be so bad?
![]() 09/17/2013 at 07:19 |

Well it's got a turbo and it'll be rear wheel drive when you're driving backwards, what more do you want, :P?

Sure, why not? A Beetle is exactly the same as a 911 anyway. /flamesuiton

It depends on the all-wheel drive system. If the torque is biased towards the rear, then no - that wouldn't be so bad at all. But if it has one of those Honda style all-wheel drive systems where the bias is 100% to the front wheels unless traction is lost, then it's just dead weight.

Agreed! So a Beetle GT3 RS with the Audi R8's AWD then. This should be a spec racing series!
