454 was overrated (literatelly) and the C3 is surprisingly heavy. Definite a better driver in the C3 (and bigger tires) but that Super Bee is sick. Awesome video.

not to mention, these times were run on poly glass bias ply tires!

and I got plenty of 1/4 mile videos from my sites last meet at the track. Maybe I'll post them up so oppo peopo can watch slowboats battle it out

the class that these are in, which is pure stock, require the cars to be on bias ply street tires. They also have to have stock intakes, stock transmissions with only a shift kit allowed, stock heads, stock block with a slight overbore allowed, stock manifolds, stock wheels.

back in the day, people didn't decide who had the best car by quoting magazine test times around various tracks, they settled it like men between the stop lights... Thats what these cars were made to do.
