It's a Dodge Charger 2.2 Turbo in Estonia!

The listing says it's a '81 model but according to Wikipedia if it's a turbocharged version it must be '85-'87.

Being in Estonia makes it a wild find!
Though it's going to be a standard 2.2/4 speed combo unless someone swapped Shelby Charger or GLH-T bits into it (not a hard job).

Definitely a non-turbo. VIN decodes to a 1981 model year.
