I had to do so many "reefers" in my Journalism class a few years back.

Out of curiosity, I looked up the fuel economy for those trucks. About 6mpg with a payload. So you earn $2.16 for every gallon of diesel you burn. In other words, this job loses you money?

When you drive a company truck, they pay for fuel.

Sometimes they don't, though. I would expect it to be mentioned somewhere in the ad. I'm sure you're right, but still.

Web search brings up nothing. Plus a reefer is the trailer not the tractor. Use caution if considering especially since it on CL.
