Since you like it, then please explain what the hell the point is.
I don't see it. I don't understand this fad at all.

I'm surprised this style hasn't died yet. Maybe another 6 months or so will do it in.

There is no point, it is because it looks really good (to some at least).
And some people are willing to go a little bit further and give up some comfort for good looks.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some of these are passable. But when it comes to looking like your suspension has collapsed, your wheel arches are touching your rims, or your connecting rods aren't attached, it becomes monumentally stupid looking.
I don't even know what these drive like. I don't want to know.

Most of these can lift themselves with airbags etc.

Tastefully done, I don't hate it. I wouldn't do it to my car, but I like it. When you start throwing in ridiculous camber and stretched tires, my interest wanes.
What does bother me is people doing performance upgrades (tunes, turbos, etc) and then standing so they can't take a turn above 5 mph without rubbing tires

There's "Stance" and there's "Broken Suspension"

I like the concept of these but could never DD one. No practicality here whatsoever, and that's not a bad thing.
An older car, 80's GTI or Merc I could completely see myself doing this as a weekend cruiser.
