In mother Russia slowing down is for suckers and speedbumps are what suspension is for. I wonder how many cracked oil pans have resulted from this practice. Regardless, it looks like fun.

I see three signs, a speedbump sign up top, crosswalk sign below and a recommended speed of 20 km/h at the bottom. I think that should be enough, but you're probably right; not far enough ahead to properly notify an inattentive motorist.
