I'm up against Peyton Manning this week. I figured the week was a lost cause because I only got 16 points out of Ray Rice and 4 points out of Eric Decker. My opponent got 46 out of Manning and 9 out of Tucker on Thursday. I figured I'd "tank" the week so I could get #1 on the waiver wire. I really need a TE and Julius Thomas is available. So I made 3 changes to "hurt" my team.
I put Eddie Lacy in for Chris Johnson (11.5 points vs. 7 points)I put Brian Hartline in for Vincent Brown (19.5 points vs. Unknown)
I put Jermichael Finley in for Coby Fleener (12.5 points vs. 0.5)
Essentially I've gained approximately 30 points by trying to tank. Add Andrew Luck, Reggie Wayne, and the Seahawks Defense and I'm sitting on 134.5 points (most in my league). My Opponent also has Anquan Boldin (bastard!) but needs ~25 points from the Texans Defense tonight to beat me. I'll be hoping the San Diego offense scores a bunch of points.
I pretty much owe this success to his RBs combining for 2 points. (David Wilson had -3 and I forget his other RB who had just 5)

Peyton won this week for me. It's a good thing too because I got 1 point from Roddy White as my WR1

I got roped into being in some fantasy football league at work a few years ago. I let the computer choose all my players and I didn't do a single thing to my virtual roster (is that a thing?) and I still came in third place... not doing a single damn thing.

Haha I have Lacy too, I was hoping for more out of him. I only have the texans defense left tonight, versus my opponents TE, I'm 10 points behind :(

Need good WRs. Had Rodgers carrying my team. So far I am down 60 points. Lookin like a loss for week 1. Good way to start my first year in fantasy.
Playin in a yahoo league need to find out how to drop and add new players.

Eric Decker shit the bed up against Demaryius Thomas in 1 league, and Dez Bryant/Monte Ball combining for 6 pts. playing against Victor Cruz in my other league. Frustrating weekend that had looked like 2 wins for me. Still hope for my $$$ league, if RGIII and Morris can put up 25 points. And unless Victor Brown can pull 42 pts out of his ass the other is chalked up as a lost cause.
