Something easy to get you started. If all goes well I'll be making more of those. Sorry for the crappy quality. Distances between taillight units are not up to scale.

Fiat Ducato? I know it's some sort of European commercial van.

Nope. Notice that the Ducato doesn't have smaller, secondary units below the main tailights.

Not a Ducato.

You win!

You even guessed the exact car those taillights are from. I would have accepted Opel Vivaro and Nissan Primastar as well because they're identical triplets.

Renault Trafic/Nissan Primastar/Opel Vivaro/Vauxhall Vivaro

Correct but late. carcrasher88 was faster. Still, congratulations!

Quadruplets. For every Opel, there's a Vauxhall equivalent.

I saw that after I posted. Oh well, it was fun. Congrats carcrasher88!

It couldn't have been a Vauxhall since those are right hand drive and would have their rear fog light on the right side. If there's a single rear fog lamp it's always on the driver's side of the car.

Good point about the fog light.

That got me to thinking, the pic above is the only one I found with fogs on both sides, so I wondered if it was a 'shop by GM's artists to make an Opel photo into a Vauxhall (I grabbed it from Vauxhall's site). Turns out, it's the other way around. Notice the UK plate on the bike, and the London cabs. From opel.de, the lights should be reversed:
