I Found a weird article from the January 1997 issue of Mercedes magazine that i bought from a used books lot. About the only Mercedes 300SL exist in Indonesia, that belongs to our 3rd President, B.J Habibie. You may think that's not interesting, but the funny things is the car's life before restored by him.
He Said that the car was found near the grave of a sultan, deep in Sumatra forest. It was a basically a rusted wreck, that the locals believe that the Gullwing was the reincarnation of the sultan, just because the sultan daily drive that car everyday. And they treat the gullwing like a god, and held a ceremony celebrating the Gullwing's existence in their community.
