I think that means that one of us followed you for Oppo, which means you're given more priority and show up nearer to the top of the comment sections in posts here.

Uh, I'm not a mod LOL. As far as I know, any Opponaut can follow other Opponauts for Oppo using the side drop-down menu in a comment, like you can do on this one or my first one.

I only know this because I got followed by Oppo and found this explanation when someone else got followed as well and posted about it.
