Nothing wrong with being a sports nerd. They've revolutionized Baseball with Sabermetrics, after all. As the type of guy who writes out detailed analysis of full race fields, I am proudly one.

Totally agree. The amount of time, energy, and effort spent by some folks on FF is amazing, definitely falls into the nerd/geek realm. Not saying I have any issue with it, I've played before, but it's certainly a borderline obsession for some.
