CP because it's modified. Not that the modifications would ruin the car (they probably wouldn't), but because people who are going to pay top dollar will want one as original as possible.

I should have elaborated. I was getting at the fact the 959, although in it's day was great, today the experience and performance can pretty much be had in a used 993. I believe the F40 will hit these values soon enough.
