This, ladies and gentlemen, is a prototype 4x4 Fiat, based on the Mk1 Panda, with which it shares it Fiat Type Zero platform. One of these prototypes was equipped with the 1301cc Diesel engine out of the Mk1 Panda.

Looks like Fiat 1107 "Nuova Campagnola" (2nd generation of Campagnola 4x4, built between 1974 and 1987)

First generation is very similar to a Jeep Willys.
