I'm not sure how it is that I've never seen this before, but... I just came across a 4.6 DOHC swapped Lincoln LS
I'm calling BS on the "turbo" thing, I am 99% positive that is a paxton blower. Either way I know its a centrifugal supercharger, feeding into a sullivan intake. Its also possible that this car has an aluminator crate engine. Either way, this car has to MOVE.
I always really liked the Lincoln LS, especially the 03-06 refreshed models. It was one of the best looking sedans in its day, and its the kind of car lincoln needs right now to compete with cadillac. IIRC it was also the first lincoln since the 1950's to be offered with a manual (sadly only with the v6). Was it perfect? No, but was it a cool car? I say so!
As a bonus, here is a LS1/T56 powered LS that made its rounds on the internet a couple of years ago

Nice sleeper

Yeah, definitely a centrifugal supercharger. There's no way a turbo will fit right there.

It is a good looking sedan. It would be nice to see something similar come out with a performance option.

Agreed, a 5.0 coyote or even a 3.5 ecoboost would do wonders here

That's not fair at all. The only other think Lincoln makes is the contis and the Town Car. Not since the Capri and the classic muscle car era that came before it has anyone associated Lincoln with speed. No one anywhere is going to expect a pure ass whooping to be handed down to them by a goddamned Lincoln LS.
It's more than a sleeper. It's a secret depression trigger trap waiting to be sprung on unsuspecting ricers, porkchops, mid life crisis vettes, Brostangs and others. Be-fucking-ware out there, people...

Lincoln doesn't even make continentals or town cars anymore! All they make are alphabets....
The LS was supposed to be a sports sedan, but certainly not a street terror. These however, are both.

Why would a supercharger that size fit there and not the turbo. I would think a turbo would be easier because no belt or pulley.

This looks terrible.

I've always liked the LS. I was seriously considering buying one before I got my Miata. I found a nice '05 with ~100,000 miles for $5,000. Right when I called on it the guy sold it. It was up for a few weeks so it was my bad I didn't react earlier. They had their problems but most were easy fixes and I have done most of them before. They ride nice and handle decently well for a big sedan.

The coyote wouldn't fit in there. the engine bay is too small.

if a DOHC 4.6 fits, a coyote 5.0 would fit. In fact I believe the new 5.0 is actually smaller

not everything needs to be a wagon!

I'm pretty sure the coyote is wider than the old 4.6's. the 4.6 mod will fit in the front of a miata while the new coyote is too wide. . .

The alternator sits in the valley between the heads, and there's also the exhaust side exit that you have to deal with. The bend would be much sharper. Also, I'm not sure I want a hot turbo housing right next to the alternator. Lastly, none of the pictures show the turbine side or any exhaust plumbing.

5.0L DOHC
28" Length
26" Height
27-1/2" Wide
4.6L DOHC
28" Length
29-7/8" Height
30" Wide
4.6L SOHC
28" Length
26" Height
28-5/8" Wide
While I'm not saying this is gospel, I know the block dimensions were all kept roughly the same and the heads are more compact.

Coyote vs 4.6 DOHC
Coyote in .15 inches wider, .7 inches shorter (H), and 2.48 inches shorter (L). This is in fulled dressed configuration minus headers.
