So I took a few pictures at Lime Rock Historics today

Hopefully a dump coming soon, although last time I tried, kinja kinja'd half of the pictures. For now, here's a list of some of the cars I saw:
Porsche 904
Mazda RX3
Volvo 122s
Porsche 914/6 (x2-Both were real!)
Ford GT40 (Gulf Liveried <3)
Tons of badass Trans Am cars (THE Sam Posey challenger, a couple boss 302s, a Javelin made to look like Mark Donohue's, some camaros, etc.)
A few porsche 911RSes
Lancia Fulvia
A REAL Corvette Gran Sport (pictured)
Alfa T33 and Ferrari 250LM
The most badass customized Opel GT I've ever seen
Not one...but TWO Toyota 2000GTs...one was raced and one was not.
And plenty more. Photodump will hopefull arrive soon in its entirety.

Racing a 2000GT? Not sure how I feel about that, i'm hoping it was more 'on the track' rather than trading paint, battling for positions.

Looking forward to seeing the RX3 pic.

That's pretty much how it was. Most of the really expensive, unique, or rare cars weren't being beaten on too hard.
That being said though, it was damn quick. Faster down the straights than most of the Porsches, and an awesome exhaust note

Might have, actually. Did you have a camera mounted on a really long pole?

At one point, I saw two kids standing by a car holding it up in the air.

I was the one wearing a bright yellow shirt and sunglasses. I was also the one who posted ads for my car at every bathroom.

There was some awesome stuff there.

Could have been me. Canon DSLR on a long, pivoting jib. Was using that around the midway and track, mainly. Probably about ten feet high at its lowest setting. I also have a smaller, tripod/slider setup that I was using in the paddock.

What's your car, out of curiosity?

EDIT: Just checked your photodump post. I was standing behind you as the Spyker was leaving haha.

Small world. Too bad I didn't know it was you, I would've gotten you a drink.

I drove the red Dodge Neon ACR with the rollcage...I parked it near that Spyker (Which was amazing), and the picture was actually by my little brother.

Small world indeed. I remember noticing that car (just around the corner from that big row, IIRC). Very cool.
