I am a firm believer in this. For every centimeter of that scratch he would lose a finger and go onto toes when he ran out. If the whole side was scratched I would be sure that he would lose the hand. I would then key both The persons face as a permanent mark for all to see. I don't want to get even I want whats fair plus interest ALOT of interest... Hell if he slashed my tires too might as well kneecap the bastard. If someone damaged my property without a second thought I can sure as hell damage the person who did it all the same and my conscience will rest easy. If someone damaged my car unintentionally I will forgive them because accidents happen. However, I don't tolerate crap like this.

if he has a car make him key his own car. if he doesn't do it well enough (length, depth, key width) or if his car is a piece of junk then the commons will do it for him... with a jackhammer! if he doesn't own a car saw his bike in half.

Two Wheels Awesome! has some pretty amazing punishments in his twisted mind. But if I had to choose a punishment I would tie him to a pier a low tide and wait a long time.
