Look pretty standard for a vehicle that is often towing an RV/Trailer/5th wheel and or awesome show car on a trailer....Considering the window stickers though I am thinking 5th wheel or maybe a boat..like an aluminum flat bottom boat.

I wouldn't say 5th wheel since there is no bed. I had these type of flaps on my old ford and put them on my Tacoma when I tow my popup. Nothing like a rock flying at 70mph into a soft aluminium camper
