I don't know what's been going on the last few days, but this is growing moronic. It's like mass trolling. I don't know about everyone else, but I work 10 hours a day, then take care of a family when I get home, then try to cram the day's worth of Oppo in before I crash, but the last few days, I've had to spend most of the time wading through complete drivel. It's like everyone got hit by the stupid troll stick a few times.
Really? After Jalopnik's sad, unwelcomed overhaul by Gawker et al, Oppo has become my only "home", shy of LocostUSA.com. But at this rate, it looks like Oppo is going to shit too.
Hopefully I'll be able to actually finish looking through today's posts, other than the stupid crap. Oh well.

I know Oppolock is an "off topic" forum but I wish that all of the posts were at least auto related.

I don't know whether Das made the Best Of Oppo yet. For every five stupid posts you'll find one that's not too stupid. Look way before the "oppositeclock" post, there were some gems back there.

Totally agree. This a serious forum/blog, not a bunch of idiots posting stupid crap. I guess the mods do not care about the stuff as long as it is clean. Pisses me off, though. I come to read good stuff. Maybe too many youngsters?

I'll just copy and paste my 2 comments from the other complaint post.
First:
Pro tip: Scroll down or hit that "PgDn" button until you see a big block of text under the title and next to the image. It might be something you will maybe read or just a legit article you would have passed up anyway.
Second:

Exactly, I end up wading through most stuff when it is serious/on topic. Hell, I think 1/3 of the stuff generally is off topic/poorly written/rehash of old news. It's just not noticeable when it's [not] a string of everybody doing basically the same thing.
