I found this outside a local restaurant and it's the first time I think I've ever been well and truly stumped.

Excuse the phone pics.

Here is as close to the Badge as I could get.

I really don't think it is supposed to be and I really like it on it's own. It has some pretty cool styling cues and some big ole' fatty tires on it.

Looks to me like a cross between an AC roadster with a hard top and a Caterham.

I'm assuming it's a 63' based on the plate (I assume that's what that means) but I've searched for hours on Google with nothing even close to a good hit on it.

Based on the sheer shittyness of the doors, I'd wager it's not a production car by a real company. Caterham-based (or Locost-based) Cobra "replica" would be a good bet.

I think the reason I'm having such a hard time finding it is because it has so many design cues of the time. It reminds me of so many different cars and at the same time none of them. I thought kit car but it does have a badge.
