Reminds me of this classic:
Skip to 0:50 for the action

Google translate doesn't know vägerna. I'm almost afraid to ask. Sounds similar to a particular word I know in English.

Sorry, typo.. Should be "vägarna" ;)
I don't write much Swedish anyway, so I have an excuse..

I love how the reporter just walks away like, "Welp, I can't beat that."

It still sounds like a redneck way to pronounce vagina either way, but google came up with "road" now.
I don't know any Swedish at all, but my mom had a sign in the kitchen that read "battre grov kaka än ingen smaka."
Which google translates to "better gross cake than no taste"....which I guess means...a gross cake is better than no cake? I'm not sure. My memory of the sign might be off slightly, but I recited it enough that I know it's very close.

I thought of it as something else, but I didn't really know how to express it in English. However a google search provided me with this which I think is the correct way to put it:
"Rather a coarse piece of bread than no bread at all"
In short: Eat your food, you might not get something else.

Holy shit, I found the sign on ebay.
A little more research revealed that it's a somewhat common Swedish expression.
S H: now with more letters!
