He's got his wires crossed on a couple points: they're both early IIa and not I ( I think he thinks "Series One" means all Series that have crosseyed headlights, which is false), and the light green ("pastel green") I don't think ever was a military color.
The first is ~'66, you can tell by the rear lights used/front lights used. The second is maybe a '64-'65, though it's harder to say - it's been freshened up and the lights+brit make it harder.
