Not card skimmers. These guys are pulling up to cars stopped at gas pumps and stealing purses and other valuables out of unlocked cars, often while the driver is standing at the pump on the other side of the vehicle. ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! )
