Although I do not recommend suicide. . . most people usually slit their wrists and not their shins.
Also, this is why I don't go outside. . . too many things to kill you.

I saw a kid go down on a bike today. And by kid I mean college kid.
Was out eating lunch at the work truck on a busy intersection at Mizzou. Not sure if he hit the big guy walking or missed the curb apron for walkers, but I don't think he got it as bad as you did.
College pedestrians, bikers, and drivers are nuts. Pedestrians think they own the place. Funny to watch, as there is a lot of scenery.

Those look like Raptor bites to me. You should probably put it down now that it's tasted blood.

I wasn't anywhere near people. I was on a back trail and the trail got rough real fast. Like right after a turn fast.

(In my best dad voice) Walk it off son. Is the bike ok?
Last time I went off my bike I rolled 3 times before stopping, ripped my jeans and had nasty road rash in quite a few places. It wasn't fun. Time before that I broke my bike, bent a crank, deformed a rim and broke a brake lever, that was riding down an old riverbed...

I went to SIU Carbondale last year (I've since transferred), and I saw a few bike/longboard incidents on campus.
Criss-crossing sidewalks and late students with wheels attached to their bodies make an interesting combo.

Those are "Man marks". Wear them with pride.
But put some hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol on them so they don't get infected just in case,
