I saw one in DC this morning. I was driving so my wife tried to get a photo as it was behind us unsuccessfully.

Drivers for Lyft put them on their car. I was equally confused when I saw recently a bunch in SF, then continued to see more in Chicago the next day.

It's a ride share/"not a taxi" thing. You get paid to allow a complete stranger in your front seat and drive them places.
Lots of controversy, and not long for the world IMO.

People with GTIs seems to love them in Orlando. Mustaches are terrible on people and cars. There are very few people/cars that can pull them off.

I googled "Pink mustaches on cars" and it came up pretty quick. Interesting. Certainly an easy way to identify your car in a crowd.
