Do you guys think that we should petition to never have Jezebel shared on Jalopnik FP again? Don't know about you but I'm kind of tired of being told that just because I'm male, have a STEM degree and have a good job so can afford nice things I'm the spawn of fucking Satan. /rant.

I agree wholeheartedly. I absolutely hate clicking on a frontpage link, ready to respond to a particularly stupid offtopic post, just to realize it's from one of Gawker's less-savory ugly stepchildren. That and I remember Matt posting und err "Must Read" one of the most ignorant, uninformative pieces of baseless bullshit ever... There's no point of trying to reason. You fould hit them squarely across the face with the 2x4 of Logic (tm) with no result.
Please remove. If we want to there, we know how to get there.

As a long time resident of Oppo, and one of the moderators, I am going to strongly recommend that you leave this line of reasoning alone.
Jezebel's commenters are no worse than Gawkers, who are no worse than Deadspin, who are no worse than Lifehacker, who in their/our own way are no worse than Jalopniks. There is no need to be confrontational about this, if you click on a link and it takes you to a Jezebel article. Don't comment unless you can contribute to the conversation. Home turf is home turf but the future of Kinja is an interconnected platform.
I don't mean to say don't voice your opinions, but as someone who comments on nearly every site on Gawker/Kinja, I think your view may be short sighted.
Please voice your opinions. But closing down roads won't help anyone. We're all here for the ride.
