...'shop some flying buttresses onto this TR7. I'm wondering whether they would improve or detract from the design. Something like this, but less painfully amateur:

Something like that yeah, but I think that unbalances the design in the opposite direction a little. Rear end looks a little too big for the front.

Would have been a cool car though.

I see what you mean, and it's also got a few other styling symptoms common to 2 seater coupes that are forcefully stretched to become 2+2s.

They have to have air under them to be flying buttresses, otherwise its just a plain old buttress, sorry.
